Introductory Workshops in Expressive Arts
- an experiential day of using the arts for therapy, education, and community building
- excellent workshop for therapists, child care workers, nurses, social workers, psychologists, art therapists, and educators
- these workshops can be designed to meet the needs of your program and offered on site for your staff
Expressive Arts Studio for Therapists
- as therapists it is important to keep the fire alive in our professional work by exploring and using the arts in our own lives
- one day per month for 4 months for therapists who are interested in deepening their own experience of using expressive arts both personally and professionally.
- these are closed groups and will be limited to 6 participants
Expressive Arts Therapy Certificate Program
- a 6 month intensive training in the fundamentals of expressive arts therapy
- an introduction for individuals who may want to use the arts in their clinical practise, community work or for personal experience
- a degree is not required but an openness to experience the intermodal use of expressive arts
Advanced Diploma in Arts Therapy
- a 16 month Advanced Diploma is being offered to provide comprehensive training in art therapy for individuals who already have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education or related field
- this program is designed for professionals who want to work while they train
- program begins with a 2 week summer intensive, followed by a one week winter intensive, and a second summer intensive and final project
